Apple Cinnamon Porridge

Utensils you will need:
Medium sized pot
Fry pan
Small sharp knife
Measuring spoons
Measuring cups
Spatula or wooden spoon to stir

Ingredients:
PORRIDGE
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup water or milk or half of each
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

CINNAMON APPLES
1 cup diced apples
1 Tablespoon of date syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Let's Cook

  1. Cut your apples into small pieces.

  2. Add into a frypan.

  3. Add in cinnamon and date syrup.

  4. Cook over a medium heat until soft.

  5. Add 1 tablespoon of water if they start to stick.

  6. Take it off the heat and leave it to cool while you make your porridge.

  7. In a pot add your rolled oats. Add in your milk or water, then add your cinnamon.

  8. Keep stirring for 5 - 8mins until the oats are creamy and soft.

  9. Put your porridge into a bowl and add your apples on top.
