Dinner
Utensils you will need:
Bowl, Potato Masher, Sieve to drain your potatoes, spatula, measuring spoons.
Ingredients :
1 can of drained chickpeas
1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning
3 grinds of black pepper
1 teaspoon of onion powder
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon olive oil
Let's Cook
Open the can of chickpeas and drain the liquid.
Put into a bowl.
Use a potato masher and mash the chickpeas.
Add the chicken seasoning, black pepper , onion powder, breadcrumbs and the egg. Mix well.
Shape into nugget shapes.
Heat the frypan to a medium heat.
Add 1 Teaspoon of oil.
Fry on each side for 4mins until golden and cooked through.

Ingredients :
500g Chicken
1 Tablespoon of Oil
1 Onion
1 Teaspoon of crushed Garlic
1 Teaspoon of crushed Ginger
1 Tablespoon of Mild Curry Powder
1 Cup of Water
1 Cup of peas
1 + 1/2 Teaspoons of Chicken Stock
1 Can of Coconut Milk
2 Teaspoons of Corn Flour mixed into 2 Tablespoons of water
1 Bag of Baby Spinach
Let's Cook
Cut up the chicken into pieces.
Wash your hands, knife and chopping board.
In a large frypan add I teaspoon of oil.
Add the chicken into your frypan, cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
Slice the onion.
Add it into the frypan, cook onion for 3 mins.
Add in the garlic and ginger.
Add in the curry powder.
Add in the chicken stock and your water, cook for 6mins.
Add in the coconut milk.
Add in the baby spinach, cook until you see your curry starting to bubble .
Mix the cornflour and 2 Tablespoons of water together, stir this into the curry, cook for another 3 minutes.
Turn the stove off and serve onto a plate or bowl

Ingredients:
1 Can of Canellini Beans
1 Can of Tomato’s
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
Let's Cook
Drain your can of Canellini Beans in a sieve or colander.
In a frypan add all of your ingredients and cook for 10 - 15 minutes while stirring. Do not walk away.
When the baked beans are nice and thick and hot they are ready to eat.

Utensils you will need:
Chopping board, Blender, Sharp Knife, Frypan, Wooden Spoon, Measuring Spoons,Measuring Cups, Grater, Spatula, Lasagne Dish
Ingredients:
A spray of cooking oil
1 Onion
1 Grated Carrot
1 Grated Courgette
1 Clove Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Italian Herbs
500g Lean Beef Mince
2 Cups of Tomato Passata
2 Cups of Liquid Beef Stock
4 Tablespoons of Red Lentils
8 Sheets of Dried Lasagne Pasta
350g of Cottage Cheese
50g of Grated Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Let's Cook
1.In a large frypan add your spray oil and fry your onions and garlic. Add in your mince. Cook until there is no pink in the meat.
2.Add in the beef stock, Italian herbs and passata and your lentils. Simmer for 20 minutes until your lentils are soft and cooked.
3.Blend your cottage cheese until smooth
4.Turn on your oven to 180 degrees.
5.Layer up your meat sauce, lasagne sheets and cheese sauce. Finishing with your cheese sauce. Top with grated cheese.
6.Put into an oven and bake for 45mins at 180deg.
7.Remember to use an oven glove or 2 dry tea towels to remove from the oven as it will be HOT.
Now turn your oven OFF.
