Cheeky Chickpea Nuggets

Utensils you will need:
Bowl, Potato Masher, Sieve to drain your potatoes, spatula, measuring spoons.

Ingredients :
1 can of drained chickpeas
1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning 
3 grinds of black pepper
1 teaspoon of onion powder
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs 
1 egg
1 teaspoon olive oil 

Let's Cook

  1. Open the can of chickpeas and drain the liquid.

  2. Put into a bowl.

  3. Use a potato masher and mash the chickpeas. 

  4. Add the chicken seasoning, black pepper , onion powder, breadcrumbs and the egg.  Mix well. 

  5. Shape into nugget shapes.  

  6. Heat the frypan to a medium heat.

  7. Add 1 Teaspoon of oil. 

  8. Fry on each side for 4mins until golden and cooked through.
