Tomato Spinach Frittata

Utensils you will need:
Small Bowl
Oven proof tin
Fork
Measuring spoons measuring cups
Oven proof tin

Ingredients:
1 Wrap
1 C Tomato's 1/2 C Grated Cheese
2 Eggs
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Basil Pesto

Let's Cook

  1. In a round oven proof tin press in a wrap to the bottom of the tin.

  2. Sprinkle halt of your cheese on the bottom of your wrap.

  3. Crack your eggs into a small bowl.

  4. Add in salt and pepper and basil pesto. Mix well with a fork.

  5. Put your chopped tomatos and spinach into your wrap. Pour over the eggs.

  6. Cook at 180 deg in the oven for 15mins or until the eggs are cooked.

  7. Carefully take out of the oven using a pot mitt or 2 clean dry tea towels.
