Falafels

Now, it’s your turn. You follow the recipe.
Utensils you will need:
Food processor or Blender
Measuring spoons
Measuring cups
Small spoon
Large spoon
Spatula
Blender or food processor
Spatula
Tea spoon
Ingredients:
1 Tin of Chickpeas (drain the liquid)
1/3 Cup of Parsley
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cumin
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
4 Tablespoons of Flour
1/2 Cup of Breadcrumbs
Spray
Let's Cook
1. Put all of your ingredients but not the breadcrumbs into a food processor or blender. (If it will not blend easily add a tablespoon of cold water to help your blender)
Use a spatula to put your falafel mix into a bowl. (Be careful of the blender blades)
With a teaspoon put small blobs of falafels mix into a bowl of bread crumbs.
Use a spoon to help cover the falafel with breadcrumbs.
Put onto a tray lined with baking paper
Spray with oil
Cook in the air-fryer for 8 mins or until crunchy and golden.
Turn your air fryer off
