Baked potato with gravy and peas

Utensils you will need:

Small Microwave safe jug
Fork
Small sharp knife measuring spoons measuring cups
Microwave jug
Fork
Whisk
Wooden spoon

Ingredients:
1 Large Potato
1 cup of Frozen Peas
1 cup of Gravy

Let's Cook

  1. Wash and scrub a potato. Use a fork to make holes in it

  2. Microwave for 6 mins until it is soft. Be careful as it will be hot!

  3. You can eat it as it is or you can put it in the oven or airfryer with a teaspoon of olive oil rubbed all over and a 1/4 Teaspoon of salt to make it crispy. An oven would take 20 mins at 200 degrees or an airfryer would take 10 mins.

  4. Make a gravy. Follow the directions on the packet or make the gravy recipe on the happy healthy kitchen. Add in one cup of frozen peas and microwave for another minute

  5. Cut open your potato (Be careful it will be HOT) .

  6. Add your peas and gravy Turn your oven off.

Gravy
1 Cup of Liquid Veggie Stock
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Marmite
1/3 Cup Flour

Put all ingredients into a medium size pot and use a whisk to mix together.
Make sure there are no lumps of flour.
Stir gravy with a wooden spoon over a low heat until it's thick and smooth.
(If it gets too thick add a little extra water to make it thinner)
