The best brownie that's 100% good for you!
Utensils you will need:
Measuring spoons
Measuring cups
Blender
Wooden spoon
Baking paper
Bowl

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked kumara (sweet potato), mashed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup smooth peanut butter
¼ cup milk
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking powder
⅓ cup chocolate chips
Let’s Cook
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add the drained black beans, vanilla, milk and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a large bowl. Add the mashed cooked kumara, peanut butter, cocoa powder baking powder and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Stir everything together until well combined.
Line a baking tin with baking paper. Pour the brownie mixture into the tin and spread evenly.
Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, or until the brownie is cooked through.
Allow the brownie to cool completely before cutting. It will become firmer as it cools.
